Machine characteristics
1. Machine head: precision needle valve type injection head, which adopts taper type sealing, not easy to wear and block.mixing head is completely stirred, single button operation, can be switched to different density at any time .
2. PLC microcomputer computer, using Delta and Chint electrical components (to achieve automatic accuracy and reliability) can input 100 station digital values, pressure, temperature, speed digital tracking display automatic control, and equipped an abnormal fault alarm device.
3.The 250L material tank is equipped with an automatic mixing system and an automatic feeding device. The opening is designed for easy cleaning and replacement of raw materials.
